As an independent contractor with Drivers Direct Online, professionalism and trustworthiness are essential. Completing a background check ensures we maintain a high standard of integrity when working with drivers and clients.
2. What does the background check include?
The background check typically reviews:
- Identity verification
- Criminal history
- Employment history (if applicable)
We do not check your credit score or personal financial history.
3. How much does the background check cost?
The background check requires a one-time, non-refundable payment of $39.99 , securely processed through Stripe.
4. How long does the background check take?
Most background checks are processed within 2-5 business days. If additional verification is needed, processing may take longer.
5. What happens after I complete the background check?
Once your payment is received and your background check is processed, you will receive confirmation via email. If everything is clear, you’ll proceed with the next steps in the onboarding process.
