✅ Driver Qualifications

• ✔️ Minimum 8 months OTR experience
• ✔️ No accidents in the last 3 years
• ✔️ No moving violations in the last 3 years
• ❌ No SAP drivers accepted

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: Avg. $1,200 gross
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hrs)
• Layover/Breakdown: $100/day
• Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM (based on safety, miles & productivity)
